C-STAR simulator teaching experience

In the paper hereby, some issues related to training, evaluation, and selection of UAV operators are considered. particular, training process is carried out by means simulator C-STAR, SimLat Ltd group trainees. Each trainee told put a mobile eye tracker on, required perform exercises at pilot payload station and, eventually, take test. this way, trainees’ abilities estimated eligible candidates selected for further training. Experimental data processed upon candidates’ completion presented in graphically. Conclusions made as what trainee’s performance preferable, etc.
